Who May Offer Agility Trials
Any member may start and judge a Novice Event Agility Trial. We do recommend that members who want to start events be members for atleast 30 days and have shown atleast one dog in that time in atleast 3 Agility Trials and have placed in a point awarding spot(does not mean the dog has to have won Best In Class) This is to assure that the members running shows know how Agility shows are ran and judged, and the parameters that they are judged on. Novice level trials must include atleast 3 photos. 1 Vertical Jump, 1 A-Frame/Dogwalk, & 1 Weave/pause table
Only Staff & Mods are allowed to run higher level shows trials such as Open Level & Agility Excellent Trials. These shows must have atleast 4 images including Verticals or spread, A-Frame or dog walk and 2 extras including an extra vertical or spread, or other part of the course. All members are allowed to enter higher level shows, there is no requirement to enter. The only show with a requirement is the Agility Premier or Agility Invitational.
Premiers & Invitationals can only be run by Mods. Invitationals are run the same as the open and excellents except that they are the championship level versions meaning that entrants must have been specifically choosen(invitational only) or have earned atleast 1 or more Best In Class in Novice, Open, or Excellent levels.

Agility & What It Is
Agility is an obstacle course designed to test the obedience and bond between dog and handler. The handler directs the dog off lead without touching the dog or the obstacle he or she is directing the dog to excecute. Handler should be dressed in appropriate attire, such as polo and shorts or loose fitting pants and sneakers. The overall performance should convey an image of fun, enthusiasm, and partnership between dog and handler.
The Sims United Philosophy on Agility
The Sims United believes that agility should not be based on the handlers fitness or condition or the dogs overall conformation or structure. It is designed to be accessible to all people and dogs, no matter it's breed or bloodline. The show should be judged on how well the dog executed the course and the overall image the pair conveyed while running the course.

Agility Trial Judging
When judging an agility show we suggest(not required) that members judge on the following areas:
Creativity - creativity on camera angles, creativity of the arena, & creative poses
Quality Of Entry - quality of the pics submitted, or any other quality you may judge on besides dog conformation
Lighting - how well lit the images are
Trial Ring - how realistic is the ring? does it look like an agility competition?, etc
Dog Turnout - does the dog's turnout meet your requirements
Handler Turnout - does the handler turnout meet your requirements

Kennel Donations
to increase the cash prizes and/or other prizes to hand out for your shows we do allow members to give or ask for donations. BUT donations are just that, donations, donating prizes or money should never be an obligation to enter a show. But if members, either entrants or generous kennels, want to sweeten the prizes they are welcome to send money to the host kennel. the host kennel is REQUIRED to equally divide money donations over all money earning spots to keep the prize pot balanced among all placements.
Other prizes that may be donated can include any kind of service or item such as a ribbon for sites(or in-game ribbon), poses, or other things.
